this might help - its how i do the transcripts. Just download the subtitle file from here for the ep. Change file extension to .doc or .txt and you have all the dialogue! Not perfect but may help.

If I have the opportunity I might give it a go.... would have to check the other formats to see how it looks when it's all done.
